After a careful selection of the best grapes, the wine is fermented in stainless vats for 15-20 days. Cold maceration with the must in contact its lees during the first days. After 2-3 months, the wine is stabilised, filtered and bottled.
Pale yellow with greenish reflections. An intense floral and delicate aroma on the nose with a hint of herbs. Fresh,soft and round in the mouth with an invigorating finish.
Perfect with any fish, seafood, poultry and appetizers.
