Our Organic cheese aged in Syra Wine is produced according to the principles of Slow Food. We only use raw sheep´s milk that grow in their natural habitat and ecological Syrah wine. This is why its production is so limited. This cheese immersed in Syrah grape wine for six months. In the mouth we find a firm and buttery pasta, with ripe fruit and roasted fruit obtained as a result of the immersion into wine. Soft at first but intense in conjunction with a sweet, fruity touch is ideal with tempranillo grape wines and dishes with grilled vegetables, especially peppers and eggplant drizzled with olive oil. For best flavour, keep at room temperature 1 hour before consumption.
