Discover the unique Verata goat cheese produced in very limited quantities in our Organic Farm. It has been awarded the Silver Medal in the "World Cheese Awards 2012”. Cured for 6 months and marinated with thyme, it combines the richness of a product that follows the principles of slow food and the personality conferred by ancient traditions of production. It has an intense flavour of goat milk and olive oil, which lingers in the mouth with great taste aromatic presence. Ideal with our red wines from Duero Valley and Rioja.
