The extra virgin olive oil, Oleo of Padua, is made from olives harvested and pressed with care at the beginning of winter, when the greatest amount of aromatic components are concentrated. This oil combined with exceptional harmony intense flavour of green olives, herbs and fruits like almonds and green apple. Its flavour is complex, balanced, smooth and spicy. For optimum flavour and tasting we recommend using it raw, either on a piece of bread or toast, or you can also combine it with a good cheese, Iberian, grilled vegetables or pasta.
