The Hacienda Zorita Organic farm is located in the heart of the Dehesa of Salamanca and its surrounded by 300 hectares of holm oaks and natural pastures where we produce all our Iberian products, cheeses and oil. Accompanied by wines from our main denominations of origin.

Products that we select, cure, prepare and package ourselves.

Hacienda Zorita is a project that was born in 2003 around 3 pillars of the Spanish lifestyle:

After a long trajectory in the Hospitality business and in the production of Iberian products and cheeses, Hacienda Zorita decides to bring the Spanish countryside experience to all of Spain and Europe.

With this in mind, we decided to expand into the retail sector with the idea to bring our magnificent proposal to the final consumer. We opened our first VIANDAS store in 2010 in Salamanca, where 75% of the Spanish Iberian is concentrated. In these 10 years we have not stopped growing. With 32 stores around the world (26 in Spain, 3 in France and 3 in the United Kingdom), we started our franchise project in 2020 and we aim to reach 100 stores in a maximum of 4 years.

Today, the Pata Negra Iberico Ham is the icon of the Spanish gastronomy, internationally recognized and associated with the concept of “tapas” in all the restaurants and bars of the world.

Its price makes it perfectly "affordable" for the middle class segment of the population, as well as for professionals from the upper-middle class whose consumption is limited to specific occasions. It is a gastronomic luxury accessible to a wide target audience.


Nowadays we are present in Madrid, Salamanca, Benidorm, Bilbao, Córdoba, Granada, Ibiza, Logroño, Mallorca, Pamplona, ​​Ronda, Toledo, Torremolinos, Valencia and Zaragoza. Internationally, you can find us in London, Gibraltar, Paris, Bordeaux and Nantes. Today we are a large company, whose stores serve 2 million customers a year and directly employ more than 500 people.

Ensuring high quality throughout the entire production process, without allowing intermediaries in the chain that can alter its natural qualities or increase its price to the consumer, has been the reason for our existence. In 2019 we invested in a new operations center in Salamanca, a few kilometers from our ham curing cellar, Hacienda Zorita Natural Reserva winery and our Cheese Factory.
