Production Method 

The must is fermented at a maximum temperature of 28 °C. After fermentation, the wine is transferred into oakcasks to slowly maturefor 6 months.

Tasting Notes

 Ruby red colour. On the nose it shows red fruit with hints of vanilla. Vibrant, fresh and fruity. Well structured and balanced.

Great with pasta, tomato dishes and cured cheese. 17 °C.
