PRODUCTION METHOD:

Yellowish-brown soils with few retention of water that, together with the limited rainfall, produces low yields and grapes concentratedin aromas and high quality colors.

Vinification process: After careful fermentation at temperatures not exceeding 28 °C, the wine is kept in vats for 12 months allowing it to stabilized. It is aged in oak casks and then bottle for a combined total period of 36 months prior to release.

TASTING NOTES:

Fresh, soft red forest fruit flavors and earthy aromas are balanced with spicy oak. Round and full, aromatic with a lingering finish.

FOOD MATCH & TEMPERATURE:

Pairs good with pomegranate, Barbecue, Rib-eye beef with french fries or plates with chimichurri sauces.

Recommended serving temperature: 17°C
