PRODUCTION METHOD
Saignee is applied on the red grapes. Careful maceration ensures freshness of aroma is obtained. Fermentation takes place without the presence of lees undercontrolled temperatures of no more than 20 ºC in stainless steel vats for 10 to 12 days.
TASTING NOTES
Cherry colour, red fruits on the nose, especially raspberry. On the palate it is crisp, refreshing and well balanced.
