After a careful selection, the grapes are partially destemmed and carefully crushed. Then, the must is left in contact with its lees at an stable temperature of 25 ºC in order to achieve maximum fruit extraction.
Deep red colour with garnet hues. Strawberry and raspberry aromas on the nose. Well-balanced, soft and pleasant on the palate.
