PRODUCTION METHOD
Following the traditional method, this wine is only made in exceptio nal vintages. After a light maceration of especially selected grapes, the wine undergoes extensive bottle ageing.
TASTING NOTES
Pale gold bright colour. On the nose it is complex showing hints of fruit and lemon. Fine and persistent bubble but soft in the mouth. Well-balanced and lingering aftertaste.
