METHOD OF PREPARATION
Olive oil is selected from the most representative varieties of the Duero area, percentages may vary each year depending of the climatic conditions and fruit ripening. For the preparation, fruits are selected at their optimum maturity and milled cold in less than 4h period from collection to prevent possible breakage and fermentation.
Fruity olive green, great aromatic complexity. In the foreground are green notes of grass, wheat and green spike, at the background highlighting tomatoes, fresh fruit apple and green almond.
Raw, it´s an ideal ally in salads, marinated meats and fish. Ideal for vegetables on the grill.
Maintain the olive oil away from sources of heat and light, which enhances the oxidation
