PRODUCTION METHOD
The rum jewel of The Haciendas Company with triple aging: 6 years in the Caribbean in barrels of bourbon, 4 years in barrels of wine from Ribera del Duero and 5 years in Brandy Boots.
This "slow" and final aging of the rum made at high altitudes in used wine barrels gives the Sister Isles Rhum very unique nuances, with complexity and a characteristic smoothness.
TASTING NOTES
Denotes a complexity in different nuances, coffees, cocoa, coconut, raisins, figs, toasted almonds and a long journey in the mouth of a great rum.
