PRODUCTION METHOD
The Haciendas Rhum Company uses molasses of first quality. This is a triple aging rum. First aging starts at the British Caribbean being there for 6 years, being 2 to 4 years in win oaks at Ribeira del Duero and finished in Muscatel oaks at Montilla.
TASTING NOTES
It is a nice rum with a soft finish due to the finish, the notes of raisin, vanilla, cocoa and hazelnut are appreciated in the tasting of the product. A rum that will surprise on the palate, to tale alone or an ice rocks in the glass.
