The Haciendas Rhum Company uses molasses of first quality.
This is a triple aging rhum. First aging starts at the British Caribbean being there for 6 years, being 2 to 4 years in wine oaks at Ribera del Duero and finished in Vermut oaks for 6 months at Montilla.
It is a nice rum with a soft finish due to thenotes of cocoa, peel, raisins, vanilla, "gentian" herb and toasted oak with a delicious influence of the finishing in Vermut.
A rum that will surprise on the palate, to take alone or an ice rock in the glass.
