PRODUCTION METHOD La Vie en Rose Cava Organic Brut Rosé is made with grapes from vines grown organically following the regulations of the "Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production". Biological and ecological production is a system whose objective is to obtain food of the highest quality while respecting the environment and without using chemical synthesis products. We carry out a manual selection of the grape. Once in the cellar, only the untreated must is used, to avoid all the astringent imperfections and the green notes that accompany the pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature. The second fermentation in the bottle is left for at least 12 months in the cellar at a constant temperature of 14º-15º
TASTING COMMENT Elegant pink color and fresh aroma. Fine and persistent bubble. Aromas of red fruits of Mediterranean grapes. Well balanced between acidity and sweetness.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE Ideal as an aperitif, salads or desserts. Serve at 6ºC Contains sulfites. 11.5º alcoholic degrees
