Production Method 

After a careful selection of the best grapes and gentle fermentation, the wine is kept in vats for a period of 12 months in order to be fully stabilized before being transferred to oak casks for ageing. Gran Reservas are kept in American oak casks for 36 months. Further bottle ageing for a further 3 years takes place before it is released. 

Tasting Notes

Deep black-cherry colour with tawny hues. Subtle and complex nose, with aromas of black fruit and spice and vainilla from the oak ageing. Harmonious, elegant and smooth yet full-bodied with good tannins. Long and pleasant finish.
