PRODUCTION METHOD 

Harvested by hand, with an exhaustive selection of the best clusters both in the field and on receipt. It works in a personalized enology, with minimal intervention and sensitive to the unique characteristics of this vineyard. The aging takes place for 20 months in new and semi-new French oak barrels.
