PRODUCTION METHOD
Night harvested, to preserve aromatic potential and the best organoleptic characteristics of the grape prior to fermentation. Only natural yeast are present in fermentation and take place in stainless steel tanks, being completed in about 15-20 days. After standing for 2-3 months of lees contact, the wine is stabilized and later filtered for bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Intense and delicate aromas, where white fruits combine with remanescences of white flowers and loquat. Round in the mouth, velvety with a pleasant bitter finish that gives great persistence. Ideal to pair with appetizers, seafood, blue fish, rice and white meats in general.
