PRODUCTION METHOD
After careful fermentation at temperatures no higher than 28 ºC, the wine is stored in tanks for 12 months to allow it to stabilize. The wine has an aging in oak barrels and bottles for a combined total period of 24 months of aging.
TASTING NOTES
Round on the palate, meaty, balanced, aromatic and with a persistent aftertaste.
