The harvest takes place at night to avoid high temperatures, which minimizes oxidation and reduces the risk of undesirable soaking and loss aroma. Fermentation takes place in stainless vats for 15-20 days. After 3-4 months, the wine is then stabilized.
Pale yellow with a greenish rim. Floral and delicate aroma on the nose with a hint of herbs. Fresh and round in the mouth, smooth and creamy with good persistency.
