PRODUCTION METHOD
When it reaches an optimum ripeness, the grapes are harvested. After standing at controlled temperature and humidity, we proceed to the assembly of the wines. Prior to bottling, Is subjected to a minimum filtering to preserve the maximum qualities. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak.
TASTING NOTES
Garnet red with a brighter ruby rim. Intense fruity flavour with a hint of spice on the nose. An added dimension is the subtle use of oak which combines well with soft ripe tannins.
