Production Method 

Grapes are carefully handpicked using small cases of 12 kg to prevent crushing. After a second analysis on a selection table grapes are gravity-fed into 15,000 l Stainless steel vats where fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 26 °C. Aged for 18 months in new French oak. Limited production with only 11,000 bottles produced.

Tasting Notes

Berry selection ensures the ripe fruit and tannins to give a wine of profound depth, ripeness, fruit concentration and the ability to age and develop. Extra layers of complexity added with integrated medium toast oak barrels from both French and America Coopers.
