PRODUCTION METHOD
Following the traditional method, this wine is only made in exceptio nal vintages. After a light maceration of especially selected grapes, the wine undergoes extensive bottle ageing.
TASTING NOTES
Pale gold colour. On the nose it l shows aromas of lemon and apricot with notes of toasted bread. Fine and elegant with a surprisingly balanced aged bouquet. Full, creamy texture and lingering aftertaste.
